The paranormal investigator and creator of the documentary about the real-life The Conjuring house fell ill after spending time in it. He believes that there was something in there that made him feel unwell and even shared that he was afraid for the family that bought the house, insisting that they must be aware of the things that could happen there.
The Conjuring House
The horror movie franchise is gaining more and more popularity, and there’s even going to be a spin-off TV series. The actual house itself was featured in the films as the home of the spirit of Bathsheba Sherman. The creepy house was bought by someone last year, but they don’t live in it, following the advice of the previous residents. However, the house is often visited by tourists and movie enthusiasts like the crew of the TV show Ghost Adventures.
They visited the house a few years ago along with the paranormal investigator Zak Bagans. They were the first people who were allowed to film in the house in 15 years, and Bagans said the thing living there is very ancient and made him pay for being allowed to film there.
The Investigator’s Experience
Zak Bagans was thrilled to visit the house as a history lover. He was interested in all the files and things people didn’t know about the investigation. After spending time in the house, he felt sick and couldn’t recover for three weeks. It made his body not function right according to him. Despite that, he and his team experienced “some incredible things” during their visit. They even managed to capture a black mass blocking the light and the window of the house on their infrared binoculars.
The previous occupants of the house have moved on after selling it, and it would probably be a good idea if no one lives in the house anytime soon. If you’re interested in visiting the house and happen to be around Rhode Island, you can book a tour, attend events, and even camp near the house.
